I was able to work our deal over the phone from Kentucky with Dave. The truck was everything he said it would be and more. I was treated just like a regular home fry with exceptional service. Their staff went above and beyond. So even if your out of state, they will get it done for you!!

Had the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had here! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to push anything! I am in love with the Nissan Altima I bought from them and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle that wants a pleasant shopping experience. The bottle of pure sugar (AKA: Ski) might have also increased my enjoyment of the experience

Me and my husband George had an amazing experience yesterday at Deien Chevrolet! Found the truck we really liked and Dave was our salesman. What a really nice personality and friendly guy! Definitely not your typical pushy salesman. Helped us get connected to Onstar and walked us through all the bells and whistles. Over and above. And what a great time with Ed, the finance man! I want to say that working with Dave and Ed at Deien Chevrolet was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Dave—our salesman—-was friendly, courteous, and very low key. Absolutely no pressure or sales gimmicks. Ed, the business manager, was also extremely personable and was very helpful in getting my purchase processed quickly. From the time we made our decision to purchase we were in and out in a little over an hour. Anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and wants to enjoy their experience I would highly recommend making the trip to Deien.
